Worldwide Delivery
We ship to approximately 195 countries via UPS, EMS, FedEx and DHL Express, fully insured door to door.
Complimentary Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on orders over LKR 300,000 (approx. USD 1,000). Smaller orders carry a flat courier rate calculated at checkout.
10-Day Returns
A no-questions-asked return and refund window of 10 days from delivery, provided the piece and its security tag are unworn and intact.

Every shipment is signature-required and fully tracked from our workshop to your door.
Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm GST are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Dubai boutique. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the UAE and Sri Lanka, and 5–12 business days for the rest of the world, depending on destination and customs clearance.
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships — you can also follow its status from Order History. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked 10-day return and refund policy. If a piece isn't right for you, request a return within 10 days of delivery and send it back unworn, in its original packaging with the security tag intact.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bespoke and made-to-order commissions are excluded from returns unless the piece arrives faulty.
